Terms and Conditions for Radiant Reflection Cleaners Ltd
1. Services
1.1. Radiant Reflection Cleaners Ltd provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in accordance with the agreed service package and scope of work.
1.2. Any specific requirements or additional services requested must be communicated in advance, and may result in additional charges.
1.3. The Company reserves the right to refuse service if the cleaning environment is deemed hazardous to the health or safety of our staff.
2. Booking and Scheduling
2.1. All bookings must be made through our customer service channels, either via phone, email, or our online booking platform.
2.2. The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the property and the services required.
2.3. A minimum notice of 24 hours is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed service price.
2.4. The Company reserves the right to modify the scheduled time for services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as staff availability or extreme weather conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. Payment for services must be made in full upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices will be provided via email or printed upon request.
3.2. The Client agrees to pay the amount quoted at the time of booking. Any additional services or time required beyond the original agreement will be billed separately.
3.3. For regular cleaning services, payment may be made weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on the agreed schedule.
3.4. All payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other authorized payment methods. Late payments may incur interest charges of 5% per month on the outstanding amount.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1. The Client must provide access to the property at the agreed time. Failure to do so may result in a fee equivalent to the full service charge.
4.2. The Client must ensure that the cleaning area is free from hazards that could pose a risk to the cleaning staff.
4.3. The Client is responsible for securing any fragile or valuable items. Radiant Reflection Cleaners Ltd will not be held liable for any damage to unsecured items during the cleaning process.
4.4. Pets should be kept in a safe location during cleaning to prevent any interference with the cleaning process or risk to the animals.
5. Service Guarantee and Claims
5.1. Radiant Reflection Cleaners Ltd is committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If the Client is not satisfied with the results, they must inform us within 24 hours of service completion. We will take appropriate steps to rectify any issues.
5.2. The Client must notify the Company of any property damage or loss alleged to have occurred during the cleaning service within 24 hours of the service. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
5.3. If damage is verified as being caused by the cleaning staff, the Company will either repair the damage or provide a fair compensation. The Company’s liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
6. Termination of Service
6.1. Either party may terminate the service agreement with a minimum of 7 days’ written notice. Termination requests must be submitted in writing via email or letter.
6.2. The Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the Client violates these Terms and Conditions or if the work environment is deemed unsafe for our staff.
6.3. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services rendered will be due immediately.
7. Liability
7.1. Radiant Reflection Cleaners Ltd is insured for public liability and property damage. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
7.2. The Company is not liable for any pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or stains that cannot be fully removed during the cleaning process.
7.3. Radiant Reflection Cleaners Ltd will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused as a result of the Client’s failure to provide accurate information or secure valuables.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
8.1. The Company collects personal data from Clients only for the purpose of delivering our services. This data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
8.2. Client information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or as necessary to complete the service.
8.3. The Company and its employees agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any private information or sensitive data encountered during the provision of cleaning services.
9. Force Majeure
9.1. The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
10.1. Radiant Reflection Cleaners Ltd reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Clients and posted on our website.
10.2. Continued use of our services following the implementation of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany, and any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the German courts.
